• Please allow 48 hours to respond

  • At least 2 weeks notice is required when booking a cake. Anything sooner is considered a rush order and may be subject to an upcharge fee of up to $65 and is based on availability only.

  • I require a 50% non refundable deposit to book your order.

  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your pickup date. Failure to pay on time may result in your cake not being done on time.

  • If a deposit is not paid within 24 hours of inquiry, the time slot will reopen and you will have to rebook.

  • If you need to reschedule your cake I need at least a week’s notice and it will be based on availability. You are allowed one reschedule only based on availability. It is not a guarantee. Anything after that will be a rebook and require another deposit.

  • Once the cake is in your possession, I am no longer responsible for any potential damages.

  • All of my cakes are made with American Buttercream. I do not substitute for cream cheese frosting, chocolate frosting, etc. For certain cakes, chocolate ganache on the outside may be an option so please put that in your notes when inquiring!
