For all cake class bookings, full refunds are only available for cancellations made on or before Thursday, November 20th. Cancellations submitted after this date are not eligible for a refund.

I love brining your cake dreams to life! I will always do my best to recreate the look and vibe of your inspiration photos but exact replicas are not guaranteed.
At least 2 weeks notice is required when booking a cake. Anything sooner is considered a rush order and may be subject to an upcharge fee and is based on availability only.
If a payment is not made within 24 hours of inquiry, the time slot will reopen and you will have to rebook.
If you need to reschedule your cake I need at least a week’s notice and it will be based on availability. You are allowed one reschedule only based on availability. It is not a guarantee. Anything after that will be a rebook.
Cancellations made 2 + weeks prior to pick up are subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 1 week or less prior to pick up are not subject to a refund
Once the cake is in your possession, I am no longer responsible for any potential damages. Please follow the care instructions provided on your cake box at pickup!
All of my cakes are made with American Buttercream. I do not substitute for cream cheese frosting, chocolate frosting, etc.
Sugarcoat is not a nut-free kitchen. While I do not intentionally use nuts in my cake recipes, my kitchen does handle products that may contain nuts. I take care to fully sanitize equipment and surfaces and make every effort to avoid cross-contamination. However, due to the shared kitchen environment, I cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of nut allergens.
If you or your guests have severe nut allergies, please consider this carefully before placing an order and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing!
