Order Confirmation & Communication

• A 15-minute grace period is provided for all pickups. After this window, we cannot guarantee that your order will still be available, and you may need to reschedule your pickup.ed pickup time.

• Once your order form has been submitted and an invoice is issued, payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your booking. After this period, your slot may be released.

Allergen Notice

• Sugarcoat Cake Studio is not a gluten-free or nut-free kitchen. I will always take additional care to clean, sanitize, and prep before production; however, I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that Sugarcoat Cake Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions.

• If you or your guests have severe nut allergies, please consider this carefully before placing an order and feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within 14 days of payment are eligible for a refund. After the 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable.

Booking

• I love brining your cake dreams to life! I will always do my best to recreate the look and vibe of your inspiration photos but exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• At least 1 weeks notice is required when booking a cake. Anything sooner is considered a rush order and may be subject to an up-charge fee and is based on availability only.

• Once the cake is in your possession, I am no longer responsible for any potential damages. Please follow the care instructions provided on your cake box at pickup!

• All of my cakes are made with American Buttercream. I do not substitute for cream cheese frosting, chocolate frosting, etc.

• After your inquiry is confirmed and your booking is finalized, and once a design has been approved and your cake has been completed, no additional changes can be made.
